Park Hill families training kids before I-70 ski weekends are 10 minutes east of Shredder Central Park. The closest indoor ski school to Park Hill kids.

Stapleton

The Central Park / Stapleton redevelopment surrounds Shredder. Many families walk or bike to their first session.

Aurora

Aurora families training before Colorado mountain trips use our Saturday morning sessions. A straight shot up I-70 from west Aurora.

Montbello

Montbello kids training year-round at Shredder are some of our most consistent local participants. The same I-70 access that gets you to the mountain gets you to us.

My child has never skied or snowboarded. Is that okay? ▾
Absolutely — that's our specialty. Most of our students come in with zero experience. Our programs are specifically designed for first-timers, and our instructors are trained to make that first experience fun and confidence-building.
What should my child wear? ▾
No snow gear needed — our facility is climate-controlled at 65–70°F year-round. Athletic clothes work perfectly. You're welcome to bring your own helmet if you have one.
Is gear included? ▾
Yes — all ski and snowboard gear (skis/snowboard, boots, poles, helmet) is included and professionally fitted at every session. There's nothing extra to buy or bring.
What's Shredder's refund and credit policy? ▾
Refund and credit options vary by program, timing, and enrollment type. For full-session classes: a refund may be available if you withdraw before the 3rd scheduled class; a Shredder credit may be available for the remaining classes after (missing a single class isn't a withdrawal). Camps & Parent's Night Out: refunds or credits depend on advance-cancellation timing. Private lesson deposits follow the same advance-timing structure. Do you offer private lessons before a ski trip? ▾
Yes — this is one of the most popular ways to use private lessons. Many Denver families book a session or series of private lessons before heading to the I-70 ski corridor. Even 2–3 sessions can make a dramatic difference in confidence on the mountain.
What if my child misses a session? ▾
We don't run make-up classes, but for an excused absence your facility can issue a one-time coupon code worth the value of an Open Gym — usable toward any program and valid through the end of the session. Contact us at centralpark@shredderski.com or (720) 297-7359.

Yes — free parking in the shopping center lot. Look for the Shredder Ski sign. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early for your first session so we can get gear fitted.
How do I add participant information after booking? ▾
You'll be prompted to add participant details (age, experience, ski or snowboard preference, shoe size) at checkout. This is required before your first session — if we don't receive it in time, we may not be able to accommodate your session. Email us at centralpark@shredderski.com if you need help.
